Ruckus to Rapture is a barefoot, freeform ecstatic dance for all. No dance experience needed - this dance is not about steps or choreography, it’s about moving however we feel in the moment. The music is an eclectic mix of all kinds of world rhythms (and is inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms wave.) We follow our hearts and our bodies, trusting how they want to move us. No right or wrong – just movement – dancing in the ruckus and finding the rapture within.
